Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://www.hautecosmetics.co.uk operated by Haute Cosmetics. Your access to and use of our products and services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access, the purchasing and use of our products or our services.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service or purchase the products. Haute Cosmetics have the right to change or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
1.1 Personal Information
If you wish to purchase any of our products or services made available through our website (http://www.hautecosmetics.co.uk ) or our social media platforms (Instagram: @haute.cosmetics) you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your email address, your full name, the address, region, city and country in which you reside in. We require this information for delivery purposes and to contact you for any update on your order. Without this information Haute Cosmetics reserves the right to withhold the processing of your order.
1.2 Payment Details
If you wish to purchase any of our products or services made available through our website (http://www.hautecosmetics.co.uk) or our social media platforms (Instagram: @haute.cosmetics) you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your debit/ credit card details or your PayPal details. We require the customers to make payment for their order in return for our products or services. Haute Cosmetics reserves the right to withhold the processing of your order if the correct payment has not been made. In an unlikely event where Haute Cosmetics accepts the payment through a bank transfer, we require personal information from the customer and their order details. We will provide our account details in order for the customer to complete the transaction. Haute Cosmetics will have to quote a reference code to their customers who wish to pay through bank transfer to cross reference. Haute Cosmetics require a remittance (proof of payment) for customers who wish to pay through bank transfer. Haute Cosmetics will start to process the order once we have received the funds and will have to send the customer an official order confirmation and invoice via email. Payments will be taken once the order has been placed. Without this information Haute Cosmetics reserves the right to withhold the processing of your order.
2.0 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Haute Cosmetics do not accept any returns due to the sanity and hygiene nature of the products. Haute Cosmetics will accept returns if the product is received damaged. We allow our customers to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product with a picture proving the product is damaged. By referencing the ‘product’ we mean the lashes and not the packaging i.e. the eyelash box. If the lashes are damaged we will accept the return and we will be happy to replace the product without any extra cost or we will be happy to issue a full refund. In the unlikely event that our customers receive the wrong product, Haute Cosmetics will be happy to accept the return and send the correct product free of charge once we have received the wrong product back. We can only replace the wrong product once our customers have returned it. The product must be returned unused for a replacement.
Haute Cosmetics do not allow exchanges once you have received the product. We do allow changes in your order within 24 hours of placing your order. You cannot exchange or change your order once it has dispatched.
Refunds are only issued if the lashes itself are received damaged and the purchaser no longer wants to have a replacement but instead would like a refund. Refunds can only be issued if we have proof that the lashes have been damaged or if we have received the wrong product back. Once a refund is processed, we will send through a refund receipt to confirm the refund. The refund may take 5-10 working days to process back into your account. International countries may have a longer processing time. If you have not received your refund, please get in contact with your bank and ask about any pending transactions for confirmation.
4.0 CHANGES IN YOUR ORDER
Changes in your order are only permitted within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be allowed to change your order. Customers who want to change their order must contact us on email@example.com . Customers in the UK who have selected 1st class delivery will be notified with an email if their order has been dispatched, they must notify Haute Cosmetics before receiving this email to make any changes to their order.
Customers are permitted to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing their order. They must notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org . We will then confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund with a refund receipt. You cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched. This also applies to customers who have selected a 1st class delivery, you must notify us immediately and again you will not be able to cancel your order once we have emailed you with a confirmation on your order being dispatched.
5.0 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 Processing times
Please allow 2 working days to process your order. Haute Cosmetics will notify you once your order has been dispatched via email.
5.2 Tracking your order
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a tracking number as of yet. Haute Cosmetics do provide estimated delivery times. Haute Cosmetics only inform customers once their order is dispatched.
5.3 International shipping
Please note, that Haute Cosmetics only cover costs for the shipping. Therefore, you must be informed that the if you are from an international country you may have to pay a duty and tax fee that is issued within your own country. This is a common for purchases ordered from international countries. Haute Cosmetics are not liable for the custom fees.
5.4 Receiving your order
Haute Cosmetics are not able to track the orders for international consumers. In the unlikely case that there are complications with receiving your order, Haute Cosmetics would be happy to help. However, the best solution is to get in touch with the third party to help track your order.
6.1 3D False Lashes
If you are allergic to false lashes, we advise you not to use our lashes. Please refrain from using the lashes and ensure to do a patch test before using the lashes to ensure that you will not have any negative reactions when using the lashes. Haute Cosmetics are not accountable for any negative reactions from our false lashes.
